Board Acceptance

Connecticut

Connecticut has adopted the below statement during their September 12, 2024 Board Meeting:

To ensure that post licensing credentials represent high quality and rigorous training, the Board encourages practitioners and consumers of chiropractic services to verify that post licensing credential training is approved through the Recognized Chiropractic Specialty Program (RCSP).

Oklahoma

140:15-9-1. Oversight Authority

The Board shall have practice oversight authority for all postdoctorate chiropractic specialties. No chiropractic physician shall represent to the public that he/she is a specialist in any area unless said chiropractic physician is registered with the Board.  Pursuant to the legislative authority granted to the Board, the Board hereby recognizes the requirements adopted from time to time of the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards' Recognized Chiropractic Specialty Program (FCLB RCSP) as requirements of the Board.  The Board, however, reserves the approval authority for all programs based on furtherance of professional development and related areas, and in the interest of the public protection objectives of the Act. The Board shall maintain a registry listing all chiropractic physicians who are approved by the Board.
